According to this Memorandum Universal Mobility Solutions, LLC will prepare the perspective development model of the Civil Aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic for the period up to 2020, including introduction and implementation of ICAO standards in compliance with the requirements of aviation legislation, and new structure of the Civil Aviation Management.

Direct charter flights of Austrian Airlines have connected the well-known Austrian cities Vein, Graz and Linz with the ancient cultural centers of Uzbekistan - Samarkand and Urgench. The comfortable air liner Boeing B737 delivered hundreds of Austrian tourists to the International Airports of Samarkand and Urgench.

Universal Mobility Solutions handled 3 cargo flights of Airbridge Cargo Airlines in Tashkent Intl Airport. Over 100 tons of cargo were delivered to Tashkent on Boeings 747-200 and Boeing 747-400.

Tesis' Boeing B747 arrived in Tashkent from Shanghai (China) with over 70 tons of component parts for UzDaewooAuto. Universal Mobility Solutions, as assigned agent of Tesis Aviation Enterprise in Uzbekistan arranged all services for this flight.

Subsidiary of Futura International Airways (Spain) - FlyAnt Cargo Company performed the cargo flight from Bourgas (Bulgaria) to Tashkent. The Boeing 737 of Spanish cargo operator landed with 9 tons of electronic goods on board. On New Year Eve, 31.12.07, Universal Mobility Solutions cooperating with Samarkand Airways arranged all services for special charter flight performed on Tu-134 of Alrosa Avia Aircompany. This flight was arranged for the pop singer, Valery Meladze, who arrived to Tashkent from Moscow with the special holiday concert.
Valery Meladze is a popular Russian singer of Georgian descent who on August 24, 2006 was categorized as the Best Performer and the Best Artist at the MTV Russian Music Awards nominations.
